MK Sports and Entertainment LLC is a full service agency offering professional athletes, coaches, and entertainers assistance with securing employment in the USA and abroad, negotiation expertise, aid in obtaining marketing and endorsement deals, the personal attention necessary for the athlete or entertainer to achieve success, and various other services outsourced to quality professionals, such as financial advising, insurance coverage, tax advice, and sport specific personal training.

MK Sports and Entertainment LLC evolved from my passion for all things sports, combined with my more than ten years of service as a litigation attorney.  My negotiation skills were honed through the handling of catastrophic personal injury settlements, million dollar construction lawsuits, and the defense of Fortune 500 corporations in litigation across the country.  The skills required to represent my clients in the courtroom before a judge will carry over to the presentation of a salary arbitration case.  The tactics needed to negotiate a shoe contract for a client are the same as those utilized to persuade opposing counsel to pay for a plaintiff’s future surgery.

Furthermore, the attorney agent must follow a standard of ethics other non-attorney agents do not.  As a member of the Bar, I must adhere to the Rules of Professional Responsibility developed for lawyers.  If I do not, I face reprimand and even disbarment. There are significant advantages to having a licensed attorney looking after the interests of a professional athlete, coach, or entertainer, beginning with the formal education and rigorous training required.
