MK Sports and Entertainment LLC offers the following services to its athlete clients:

1. •Act as adviser throughout decision making process as to whether student athlete should stay in school or enter draft
   

1. •Negotiation of player contracts and signing bonuses
   

1. •Securing of endorsement and sponsorship opportunities, including personal appearances and charitable endeavors
   

1. •Legal representation in salary arbitration cases
   

1. •Pursuit of playing opportunities in the United States and abroad, including matching players with teams and events.  (Since 2010, I have negotiated nearly 150 professional basketball contracts in the USA, Australia, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland, Turkey and Bulgaria.  I have also had two of my players play full seasons in the NBA D-League and two invited to a WNBA training camp.)
   

1. •Securing of equipment and apparel contracts with key sporting goods vendors. I have established personal relationships with many of the key vendors in the industry.
   

1. •Amateur draft preparation
   

1. •Legal assistance in a variety of matters from litigation to estate planning
   

1. •Referral network of competent financial advisers, insurance providers, tax and retirement planners, sport-specific personal trainers, and a sports psychologist.
   

     

   •  Pursuit of coaching opportunities for clients at the collegiate and professional  

       level, negotiation of coaching contracts, assistance with resume and

       interview preparation, and living arrangements
